1) OEM vs. Compatible and Remanufacture cartridges


OEM is "Original Equipment Manufacturer". OEM ink cartridges are referred to ink cartridges bearing the same brand names of the printers.

2) Will the use of compatible, remanufactured printer ink cartridges, laser toner cartridges or refills void the warranty of my printer?

No! The use of compatible, remanufactured ink cartridges or refills kits will not void the warrant of your printer.

3) Are your remanufacture cartridges safe to my printer?

Our products are safe to your printer. When you buy ink cartridges and laser toner cartridges from us, you will get the highest quality ink cartridges and laser toner printer cartridges and most important of all, excellent customer services.

Order Status and Shipping Methods
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We use priority or standard shipping by USPS as well as UPS ground. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

We will make our best effort to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time, on the same day.

Please Note: All Laser Toner are shipped via UPS Ground – allow up to 5 business days

I have not received my order yet.

Most packages are received within 3 - 5 business days from the order date. It is possible that some orders may experience some delays by the post office. If you have not received your order within 7 business days from your order date please E-mail us and we will track your order for you.

I did not receive an e-mail confirmation. Was my order processed?

Upon completion of your order page, you will receive a confirmation number, which is also automatically emailed to you, which indicates your order was processed successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation number, please E-mail us with your full name, email address and telephone number so that we can contact you to process the order.

  * Please Note – some email providers are blocking your emails. To ensure receipt of our email confirmation, please add our site to your list of allowed users to receive our email confirmation.

What are your shipping methods?

We offer 3 - 5 business days, Priority or Standard shipping by USPS.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

We also accept all military orders including APO, FPO, AE and AP.

All shipping charges will be based on “Subtotal” prior to tax.

We offer an unconditional 180-day Guarantee on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your cartridge, toner or refill kit, you may return it within 180-days of the purchase date, and we will replace or refund your order.

Are your cartridges name brand or generic?
We offer both OEM (original equipment manufaturer) cartridges and the highest quality generic brands and we guarantee them to perform with the same quality as the original brands at a fraction of the cost.
Will your products void my printer’s warranty?

No. Refilling your inkjet cartridge or using the compatible cartridges does not tamper with your printer in any way, and therefore does not affect your warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the consumer is allowed the right to choose any consumable they desire for their printer, and allowed to make any repairs to the printer cartridge they deem necessary. This allows for the use of refill kits and compatible cartridges.

Return / Exchange Policy
How do I return or exchange my product?

*Non-Defective Laser Toner and Inkjet Cartridge return policy
All unopened and unused laser toners and inkjet cartridges can be returned or exchanged by Inks2Go.com within the 180-day return period minus 15% of the purchase amount for restocking fee.

*Defective Laser Toner and Inkjet Cartridge return policy
Any defective laser toner or inkjet cartridge received by Inks2Go.com within the 180-day return period, is subject to inspection upon receipt and may incur a 15% restocking fee if we determine the toner cartridge is not defective. If the toner or cartridge is determined defective, an equal replacement will be honored at no additional cost to you.

* Packages returned without an authorization will not be processed.

My printer broke and I have cartridges I want to exchange for my new printer, is this possible?.
Yes, you may send back the unused cartridges for an exchange for your new printer’s cartridges. Please write the following info on the invoice:
1. New printer model
2. Quantity of new cartridges requested
3. Written authorization on the invoice to debit or credit any price difference, shipping fees and or restocking fees.
I sent back my cartridges for exchange/refund, when will it be processed?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All refunds and exchanges will be completed within this period. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to post to your account.

For refunds, you will receive a credit to your credit card you initially used to order. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check in the mail. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US.

Received the Wrong Cartridges
My cartridge number ends with a different letter (A, G or D..), what is the difference and are your cartridges compatible with my printer?

The lettering at the end of a cartridge number indicates the amount of ink that a cartridge contains. All the models (A, G or D) use identical cartridges regardless of the lettering. All of our cartridges are filled to the top (high yield) regardless of the lettering and they are 100% compatible with your printer.

My printer model is not listed on the cartridge box I received, is this cartridge compatible with my printer?

Not all the compatible printers would be necessarily listed on the cartridge box. Some cartridges may fit over 30 or more printer and there is simply not enough space on the box to list all the printers. As long as the numbers match your cartridge number, you have the right cartridge.

The cartridges I received look larger than the ones in my printer.

Some HP, Lexmark and other cartridges sit in a “protective, plastic clip”. In many cases it is black like the cartridge and is “L” shaped. This may make the cartridge appear larger in the pack than your original cartridge. Please open the package and remove the “protective, plastic clip”. After removing the clip the cartridge should look exactly the same as your original cartridge.

Can I send a check or money order?

Yes, To pay by check or Money Order, please follow these steps:

  • Make a list with the product name and cartridge number.
  • If subtotal is less then $49.00, add $3.95 for shipping.
  • If subtotal is over $49.00 shipping is free.
  • If you reside in the state of California add 7.75% sales tax, no tax for other states.
  • Add your total, and make your check or money order payable to Inks2Go.com.
  • Please include your first and last name, shipping address, telephone number and email address (only used in the event we have a question regarding your order).
  • If handwriting your order, please write as clearly as possible, to avoid any mistakes during ordering.

Is it safe to use my credit card? Is your site secure?

Troubleshooting your Cartridge(s)
My printer does not recognize the cartridge.

If your printer generates an error message, or the printer refuses the cartridges installation, you may need to cycle the printer by the following steps:

  • With the cartridge installed, turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the printer from its power source for 30 – 60 seconds.
  • Plug in the printer, and turn the power on.
If cycling the printer does not alleviate the error message or flashing light, the cartridge is most likely defective. Please contact for a replacement cartridge.
The printer shows the cartridges are empty.

Please run the print head cleaning utility 3 – 4 times. In addition, follow the steps above for cycling the printer. If neither option alleviates the problem, the cartridge is most likely defective. Please contact for a replacement cartridge.

The cartridge is too big for my printer.
Please remove the cartridge out of the “Protective, Plastic Clip” it sits in before installing it in your printer.
The print out has vertical white line and is faint, blurry and smeared colors, what should I do?

Please run the print-head utility 3-4 times, if this does not remedy the problem, please perform the following steps:

  • Place the cartridge in a shallow dish of warm water (1/4”). Soak only the metallic print head until you see ink flowing into the water.
  • Gently dry the cartridge using a cotton swab or tissue and then reinstall the cartridge.
  • Run the print head cleaning once or twice.
  • Print a test page to measure improved quality.
If the above steps did not improve the quality, the cartridge is most likely defective. Please email us for a replacement cartridge.
