Return and Exchange Policy

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cartridges and toners up to 180 days from the day of purchase.

Defective Cartridges:

We will honor a 100% refund or replacement, minus original shipping charges – based on the following guidelines:

• Cartridge is not working and is defective
• Cartridge is damaged during shipping
• Purchase date must be within the 180 days guarantee period
• Cartridge must contain at least 75% of the ink
• We must receive the package before issuing a refund or replacement

All cartridges returned to us as defective are subject to inspection. If we determine the cartridge is not defective, customer will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please review our Cartridge Support before determining if your cartridge is defective.

Non-Defective Cartridges:

Customers may return Non-Defective Cartridges for a refund or exchange, minus original shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee on Non-Defective Cartridges that are returned for the following reasons:

• Customer changed his or her mind
• Customer ordered the wrong cartridges
• Package is returned to us because of wrong address provided by the customer

We must receive the package before issuing a refund or replacement.

Exchange for a wrong cartridge:

If you changed your printer and you need to exchange your current cartridges for the new cartridges or if you ordered the wrong cartridges please follow the procedure below:

1: Place a new order for the correct cartridges, compatible to your printer, so that a new order number is generated.

2: Call customer service to obtain a return authorization for the unused cartridges you want to return. Please have your new order number ready to provide to our representative.

3: Upon receipt of your package we will issue a full refund, minus original shipping charges, in the same form and card used to place the order.

General Terms:

• Please DO NOT use the recycling plastic bags found in some of the ink boxes. Cartridges returned in these bags will not reach us.
• Your request will be answered within 24 – 36 hrs execpt weekends or holidays.

All product returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will NOT be processed.

On average your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 4-7 business days. Free Shipping is not valid outside the 48 contiguous states.
* FedEx Ground or UPS shipping upgrade for orders over $100.
4-7 business days average delivery. Not valid outside the 48 contiguous states.
FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to P.O. box ZIP codes in the U.S., including U.S. military P.O. box addresses such as APO and FPO.

Expedited Shipping

• Fedex 2 Day delivery is available to the contiguous 48 states
• Additional expedited services (Overnight, 3 Day, and Ground) are available at checkout.

Shipping To The Following Locations: Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, AS, FM, MH, MP, NT, PE, PR, PW, and US Virgin Islands

• USPS Priority Mail is $7.00 for all orders.

Due to Homeland Security regulations, these packages need to be processed manually at the post office which could cause an estimated delivery of 7 to 10 business days.

Military Orders (APO/FPO)

• USPS Priority Mail is $7.00 for all orders.

Many online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses, but here at Inks2Go.com, we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage.

1. Terms of Use

inks2go.com (we, us and our) developed and maintains our website (the Site) and currently allows access to the Site free-of-charge to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We operate our website and do business in the State of California County of Orange. By doing business with us you agree that all disputes, regardless of whether we are the plaintiff or defendant will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction for the County of Orange.

We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as we deem necessary. Any user that violates the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any interactive services that we offer. You should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

Entering the Site will constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Who May Use Our Website

We encourage all person over the age of eighteen to enjoy the Site and we do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.

No person under the age of 18 should use the Site. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use of their children. Use of the Site by any user shall be deemed to be a representation that the user is 18 years of age or older.

3. Check Orders

Check orders are only shipped after the check clears. Please allow five-business days after we receive your check for your shipment to take place. Please note we charge either $15 or the maximum allowable by law for all dishonored checks.

4. Our Advertising Partners

For some products that we offer we have teamed up with leading companies to bring you quality services and products. Our reference to them as an Advertising Partner does not mean that we are partners with these companies in the legal sense, merely that we are working with them to offer products and services to you.

All companies that we feature on our site are solely responsible for their own obligations to you and while we are not legally responsible for their obligations, be assured that we will always assist you in dealing with them should any issues arise.

5. Electronic Markers – (Cookies)

Cookies are small encrypted data files (containing references to user ID information supplied by the user and stored on our secure servers) that may be placed in your hard drive once you have accessed our site. We use cookies to enhance your shopping experience with us. The Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart and if you have become a member will remember your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Site. (Note – when we say password we mean your password to our membership site, NOT to your computer or e-mail account). 6. Restrictions on Use of Copyrights and Trademarks

This Site and all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to the sales copy, navigational aids, images, illustrations, and logos are either our or our affiliates and licensors property and are protected from unauthorized copying and distribution by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws. If you desire to use these properties, you must obtain our written consent prior to your use.

7. Disclaimer About Links We Offer to Other Sites

We do not control any of the sites that may be linked to from the Site and therefore we are not responsible for the content of any sites that may be linked to the Site. These links are here only as a convenience to you and you access them at your own risk. 8. Your Privacy Rights – How We Protect Your Information

Inks2Go.com will not sell, trade, give or rent any personally identifiable information obtained from you to a third party unless you consent.

Why do we gather the information and how will we use it?

• To fill orders and process payment when applicable.
• To communicate with you for the purpose of answering questions and/or pending orders/designs.
• Occasionally, we will send you e-mail communications to provide information which we think you will find useful, including information about new products and services from Inks2Go.com. It is our policy only to send e-mail to customers who wish to continue receiving such information. In every such e-mail, we will also have instructions on how you may unsubscribe from the e-mail list so that you will not receive any future e- mails if you do not wish to.

9. Taxes

Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. California residents will be charged sales tax, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid by you, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.

10. Terms of Limited Warranty

In addition to our 90 day RISK FREE Guarantee, we at inks2go.com also warrant to the original customer purchasing such products directly from inks2go.com that all such products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. We have to limit any claim under this warranty to the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than inks2go.com. Any claim with respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a refund of the purchase price must be made 90 days from the original date of shipment by inks2go.com. The purchaser can make claims to receive replacement product for a period of one-year from the original date of shipment by inks2go.com. ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN (CUSTOMER DISPUTES) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

11. Limitations

OTHER THAN THE TERMS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IMMEDIATELY ABOVE WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND WE DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Return Procedures

If you need to return any product(s) purchased from inks2go.com then you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service at (800) 761-3313. 14. Manner of Refunds

Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.

15. Undelivered Products

We understand that you want to get your order a quickly as possible, but unfortunately sometimes there is a delay caused by the carrier used to deliver products. Because of this we have a 15-business-day waiting period before any product will be resent.

16. Restriction Against Component Resale

We are in the business of selling products to the persons that will use them. If you plan to resell our products please give us a call. Since this is a retail website we require that the customer agree that they will not engage in the business of reselling components purchased from inks2go.com, or remove components from product for resale, except upon express prior written authorization of inks2go.com. Any resale of product or components will void all guarantees and warranties.

17. Assignment

Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of inks2go.com.

18. The Foregoing Represents the Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between inks2go.com and the customer regarding any sale these terms expressly supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said sale, including any terms and conditions on any of customer's documents or purchase orders. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY inks2go.com, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON inks2go.com. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Severability of Sections

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

20. Security. Is my information safe?

When you place orders or access your membership information, we offer the use of a secure server. All of the data we collect is protected by state-of-the-art 'firewalls' against unauthorized access.
