All cartridges returned to us as defective are subject to inspection. If we determine the cartridge is not defective, customer will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please review our Cartridge Support before determining if your cartridge is defective.
Non-Defective Cartridges:
Customers may return Non-Defective Cartridges for a refund or exchange, minus original shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee on Non-Defective Cartridges that are returned for the following reasons:

Exchange for a wrong cartridge:
If you changed your printer and you need to exchange your current cartridges for the new cartridges or if you ordered the wrong cartridges please follow the procedure below:
1: Place a new order for the correct cartridges, compatible to your printer, so that a new order number is generated.
2: Call customer service to obtain a return authorization for the unused cartridges you want to return. Please have your new order number ready to provide to our representative.
3: Upon receipt of your package we will issue a full refund, minus original shipping charges, in the same form and card used to place the order.
General Terms:
All product returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will NOT be processed.
